Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms

celebhypezo operates this website as a commercial platform providing Course Programming services to users in Singapore. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and celebhypezo.

Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase courses. Users under 18 may only participate under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. The site is intended for personal and professional development in programming. You may access course materials for your own learning but may not resell redistribute or use them for commercial training without prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not upload malicious code attempt to hack the platform share copyrighted course content without permission or engage in any activity that disrupts service for others. Harassment abuse or discriminatory behaviour towards instructors or fellow learners is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.

Accounts Submissions and User Content

When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You may submit assignments projects or comments. By submitting content you grant celebhypezo a non-exclusive licence to host display and use that content for the purpose of delivering and improving the courses. You retain ownership of your original work but must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights.

Ownership of Site Content Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use

All course videos text code examples and other materials remain the property of celebhypezo or its licensors. You may download materials solely for personal study. No part of the site may be reproduced or adapted without permission. Trademarks belonging to celebhypezo must not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express approval.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may contain references to external tools code repositories or learning platforms. These are provided for convenience only. celebhypezo does not endorse control or guarantee the accuracy or security of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.

Availability Changes Suspension and Termination

celebhypezo aims to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify suspend or discontinue any course or feature at any time. Accounts may be terminated for breach of these terms or for inactivity exceeding twelve months. Upon termination your access to purchased courses will cease subject to any statutory refund rights.

Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

While we strive to deliver accurate and up-to-date programming instruction the courses are provided on an as-is basis. celebhypezo does not warrant that completion of any course will result in employment or certification from third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect incidental or consequential damages including loss of data profits or business opportunities.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless celebhypezo its officers employees and agents from any claims losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

Governing Law Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. You may also seek resolution through the Small Claims Tribunal or other consumer protection avenues available under Singapore legislation without prejudice to your rights.

Severability Waiver Changes Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force.
